Port Coogee

The $2 billion development covering 85 hectares just south of Fremantle is one of Australia's biggest coastal renewal projects. UL provided hard and soft landscaping and irrigation installation to Stage 1 of the world-class marina and residential estate, ensuring a premium coastal lifestyle. Planting features drought-tolerant species including many local and WA native plants and landscaping features a palette of 'earth' colours - natural limestone, red rust panels, shades of grey and green planting. The Irrigation system uses local ground water extraction and storage.
