Baldivis

Situated in Perth's rapidly growing south-western corridor, Baldivis Central is a flourishing estate. UL created a single, large park as the defining feature of this stage. Existing advanced trees were retained and separate, private spaces were created to allow multiple groups to comfortably use the park. A meandering footpath links different areas including two separate children's play areas, adult outdoor exercise equipment and two modern picnic shelters. All plant species used are native to Australia and drought tolerant.
