Modern Courtyard

With another Cultivart design, UL created an enticing outdoor living area with a water feature in a small courtyard to take advantage of the north-facing orientation in City Beach. Also viewed from second floor rooms, the courtyard features advanced deciduous trees, exotic succulent plants and hedges and a specially designed floating staircase as a feature entry to the utility courtyard at the rear.
